Fear The vast majority of mental and emotional stress that we deal with every day can be traced back to fear. Whether it’s doubt, unworthiness, not wanting to fail, or not wanting to be judged, the primal sensation of fear tries to hold us back from boldly stepping . As you are creating your amazing life and amazing business, you’ll come up against the hard shit. You’ll come up against fear, self limiting beliefs, subconscious barriers. I think this is such an important thing for us to discuss as entrepreneurs and as women who walk through the world. Because so often we think we are alone in this. Fear is not doubt. While fear can be your friend, doubt stops you in your tracks. Healthy fear — as in being alert and on your toes — can save you. Without fear we could get hurt. We can be out of touch. Fear is triggered when you feel danger or something amiss. Fear is not being oblivious to a situation but being aware of it and acting. The next time you feel fear starting to undermine you, fight to keep your mind and heart open to possible courses of action. Ask yourself what you can do to feel better in your current situation, take small but deliberate steps out of your comfort zone, and let other people care for you when they want to (instead of pushing them away).
Understanding that abundance flow in your life is proportionally equal to the amount of fear you have is very powerful and enabling. Remove the fear and the abundance will flow. There are many ways we’ve been programmed to subconsciously hold onto fear, and many of us are not even aware that we’re running those programs. It just means we need to get past the fear of it. And believe it or not, that’s not that hard to do, even if it seems insurmountable at the time. I promise you it’s not. Clearing usually does the trick, along with opening up your mind to the possibility of something new and amazing in . Then, say something that is possible from an abundance mentality. 7. Build Beyond a Growth Mindset The concept of a growth mindset was developed by psychologist Carol Dweck and popularized in her book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success. An amazing book. A great read in understanding the beauty of life and how to find inner peace within yourself. This book touches on the simplicity and power of love.
